Return Policy

At Wonderland Creative Studio we strive to produce high quality products.

If your item is damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will be more than happy to work with you to fix the problem as soon as possible. This includes, but not limited to, refunds or replacement.

For any item that is damaged during delivery, please note that while we do package all our items well, sometimes damages can still happen. This is, unfortunately, out of our control.

Please contact us immediately. We will request photographs of damaged item before we can issue a replacement, 

Refunds cannot be given due to change of mind on personalised products.

On non personalised items a refund may be given with the return of the product.

For change of mind product, return will be at consumer cost.
